Participants must be entering grades 4 to 9.
Oakton High School will host a fun and educational camp for everyone interested in the great sport of wrestling. Open to boys and girls of both elementary and middle school ages and all skill/experience levels. This is a great camp for beginners to learn the fundamentals of the fastest growing sport in the country! Our boys ranked among the best teams in the area and our girls team is the top program in the state of Virginia.
Campers will learn stance and motion, basic takedowns, and foundational mat wrestling skills. Whether they want to prepare for high school competition in the future, or simply try a new sport, this will be a fun and educational experience.
We don't allow outside shoes on the mat, so please have your camper bring wrestling shoes.
